Glyn was a Commando in the British military, and he rowed across the Atlantic Ocean which took he and his team a total of 39 days of nonstop rowing. We discuss everything about the logistics to this trip to the mindset that it took to accomplish such a task. Additionally, we discuss his future row and spear trip adventures that he intends to do around the United Kingdom. He also wants to bring awareness to the raw sewage that is being dumped into the local waterways in the UK.
